Andrew Adair studied at the University of Toronto with University Organist John Tuttle. For five years he was Assistant Organist at Toronto's historic Church of St. Mary Magdalene: early in 2010 Andrew became the Associate Organist at the Cathedral Church of St. James in Toronto. In July 2010 he played the organ for a service of Mattins at the Cathedral which was attended by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Andrew contributed regularly to the Cathedral's two weekly recitals, playing well over 100 programmes. He was recently appointed Interim Director of Music at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene and is pleased to be back in his spiritual and musical home.
